Scenario

Scenario, Entities, and Mind Map

Open Scenario from the project sidebar, then use the view switcher. Scenario arranges source items into events and hierarchy. Entities reviews recognized people and other project identities. Mind Map visualizes the available knowledge relationships for the selected scope.

Arrange and save source structure

1. Review Unclassified items and the existing event buckets.
2. Create or rename an event when needed, then drag items into the intended event and order.
3. Use hierarchy controls for nested structure and keep intentionally excluded content in Excluded.
4. Select Save. Unsaved markers and the enabled Save state indicate that the board differs from the saved arrangement.

Run and review analysis

Analyze opens a review dialog for pending and completed files and the selected analysis categories. Save a changed scenario arrangement before starting analysis so that the run uses the intended structure. You can select pending files, reanalyze completed files, or remove selected completed results from this dialog.

• Queued or running means processing is not complete; wait for the background task to finish.
• Paused or blocked requires the run controls or its dependency to become available before progress can continue.
• Error or cancelled is not a completed result. Review the visible run state, then retry only the intended files.

Permissions and evidence

Read-only access lets you inspect the three views and change the inspection scope, but it disables arrangement edits, Save, Reset, analysis, and knowledge-changing actions. Available entity and relationship details reflect the currently accessible, active project evidence.

Main Story

The primary file order used to understand the story flow.

Events

Named groups for related files or side stories.

Unclassified / Excluded

Unclassified needs placement; Excluded stays outside analysis until moved back.

Reset / Save

Reset reloads the last save. Save records the current drag-and-drop arrangement.

1. Arrange files in Main Story, Events, or Excluded, then select Save.
2. Select Analyze, review the scope in the confirmation dialog, and start the task.
3. Wait for completion, then open Entities or Mind Map and choose the intended scope.

After completion: The saved arrangement remains after reload and the completed result can be reviewed in Entities and Mind Map.
